Tailored Marketing Site Launched for Smith & Nephew

White Agency have recently launched a new internal website for Smith & Nephew Healthcare to help them provide tailored marketing materials for Healthcare Trusts.

Smith & Nephew approached White Agency to help produce marketing materials that were tailored to individual Healthcare Trusts for a more personal marketing approach. With medical materials having to go through strict approval, White Agency suggested producing a website that could hold approved templates for marketing communications and would allow Smith & Nephew to quickly and easily submit job requests for tailoring these approved templates for local Trust implementation.

The newly launched site holds these templates and allows the Smith & Nephew Salesforce to see what approved materials are available to help support product usage within their Trust areas. They can select templates and fill in a simple form to have the materials personalised to their Trusts. The site is password protected and each user has a unique ID and their own area that records the materials they have ordered, the status of their order and a messages section for any dialogue about an order.

By having all these templates in one place the website also provides a reference source and allows best practice to be shared between the sales force.

The site has been built with an administration tool to allow Smith & Nephew to add new brands, templates and users, without having to come back to White Agency.

Christmas Lights

In 1908 Ralph Morris' son knocked over a candle on the family Christmas tree almost burning it down and singeing himself badly.

Ralph took lights from an old telephone switchboard and replaced the candles with the new safer lights.
