Web Developer
We are currently looking for a web developer with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our hard working and multi-skilled studio.
You will be working on our existing clients’ websites as well as developing new projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to progress their web skills.
A drive to learn and develop is an essential asset to the role. As part of a small team, you will need to have a varied range of skills.
Our current porfolio is written in .Net using the MonoRail Framework but we are currently moving to a Ruby on Rails development cycle.
Required Skills:
- .Net using MonoRail, C#
- SQL Server, XML
- MVC Frameworks
- HTML (inc Web Standards), CSS, Javascript (inc jQuery)
- Knowledge of source control systems (e.g. SVN and Git)
- Basic Photoshop skills
Desirable Skills:
- Ruby on Rails
- HTML5, CSS3
- MySQL
- Knowledge of SEO techniques
- Flash inc OOP
- Programming (AS2 and AS3)
- Mobile Development
- Server administration skills (inc. IIS, Apache)
